Family dynamics & communication

While well-functioning family dynamics and open family communication are important for the success of any family enterprise, it means different things to different families.

As a facilitator, I create a space for family dynamics to shift when things have become stuck so better dialogue can emerge and important issues can be resolved, discussed and/or agreed.

When necessary, I support families to have courageous conversations where everyone can share openly and feel heard,

I facilitate inter-generational exchanges and the sharing of ideas in ways that may not have existed in the family before.

I help families to understand and improve how they make decisions together

Strengthening family dynamics and communication, enables families to be in a much a stronger position when it comes to making key decisions including succession planning, a big acquisition or creating a formal family governance structure.
